| How handy would it be to send yourself or
another employee an e-mail message in the future as a reminder to
finish an important estimate or complete a stock order by the cutoff
date? Cruise has this functionality integrated into the mail
system. This feature came from an enhancement request by one of our
members. An example that Cruise Software listens and responds to the
needs of our membership.
Notice, the To field is filled with two individual logins and a group name named 'office'. You can send mail to an individual or a group of employees. Another time saving tool if you need to mail large groups of people with the same message. You do not need to remember individual login initials. As always, there is an F2 lookup that you can use to search for the employee or group of people you want to mail. |
