| You can track the dollar amount purchased from any of your vendors at any time. This can be handy to see if you are taking all available discounts or for figuring your rebate. It is kind of hard to see on this screen, but if you look at the bottom of the screen. You will notice that you can access checks paid information and vendor information. The view checks option has the functionality to drill into the paid invoices on a line item detail basis. You can actually see what inventory products each check is paying. | |
