| There are many instances where you pay the same vendor the same dollar amount each month and the bill is due on the same day of each month. With Cruise, you can set up recurring payables entries for a entire calendar year. The invoice number and Keyword are editable fields. The general ledger account for payables will not be effected until the due date of the month that the invoice is due in. This prevents any over-statement of your liability account. | |
